Case Chronicle
Court cases read end to end, in the order things actually happened. Every entry is built from the public docket: what each side filed, on what date, and what the court did with it. No verdicts of my own — the point is to make a record that is already public readable.

Each case gets the same treatment: a chronology, a map of how the thing resolves, and a note on where the record ends and what it leaves out.

A civil suit over an intimate video shared without permission. Both sides agree it was shared. Almost everything else, including whether a federal court may hear the case at all, turns on one date.

Commonwealth v. Clancy
A prosecution in which the defence disputed almost none of the facts and contested only criminal responsibility. After seven days the jury could not agree. A mistrial decides nothing, and nothing was decided.

How these are built, and what they are not
Source
Public filings only: dockets, exhibits and signed orders, as archived from PACER or the court’s own system. Every characterisation on a case page traces to one of them, and the citation is on the card that makes it.
Order
Chronological, not thematic. A docket is a stack sorted by filing date, which is the one order in which none of it makes sense. These pages re-sort it into the order the events happened.
Both sides
Positions appear as each side actually argued them in its own filings, not as the other side characterised them. Where a side’s argument has a weak point, the weak point is marked.
What this is not
Not legal advice, not a finding, and not a verdict. Allegations are allegations. Where a court has not resolved something, these pages say so and stop.
Corrections go on the case page they concern — there is a form at the foot of each one.
